CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We reserve the right to keep full payment for any cancellations made 7 days prior to your outing. We reserve the right to keep 25% of your payment for any cancellations made within 14 days before your outing. We understand that life happens and things come up. Please contact us if something does occur, and we will try out best to work with you.

For weather related instances, we are happy to reschedule. We recommend purchasing third-party trip insurance to protect you financially from any unexpected cancellations.
